We are on schedule to perform this maintenance in the two-hour window from 12:01 AM to 2:00 AM CDT, on Sunday, August 17, 2008.
Our datacenter network team will perform a router code upgrade for the three Customer Access Routers (CARs). This code upgrade will benefit you by providing additional network stability and security. The maintenance will require a router reload, so we expect there will be a 10-minute period of network downtime for servers connected to each router. Dear customers,
Finally the Datacenter have completed the server issue. Everything is back on track now.
Please check your site and let us know, if you are experiencing anything unusual.
In a week or two, we will move this server to another datacenter, is better to handle this type of outages. Outage in this magnitude is very unusual but we all learned smaller datacenters can solve the issues quicker than bigger datacenters.
