Dear customers,
Finally the Datacenter have completed the server issue. Everything is back on track now.
Please check your site and let us know, if you are experiencing anything unusual.
In a week or two, we will move this server to another datacenter, is better to handle this type of outages. Outage in this magnitude is very unusual but we all learned smaller datacenters can solve the issues quicker than bigger datacenters. At this time both phases in the H1 datacenter continue to have power. Servers in phase one are still being brought online and tested in batches. So far the new generator has performed well and there have been no further problems with power. .
Reboot requests are still running behind at an approximate 4 hours wait time.

Testing of the H1 Phase 1 generator went remarkably well and faster than expected. We are now bringing customer servers online in batches.

Initial testing of the H1 Phase 1 generator is complete, and the generator is now connected to the facility. We are now performing load testing of the generator and we expect to deliever power to the facility within the next several hours, pending successful load testing.
